The MOVE Week 2023 in Poland will be aimed mainly at preschool and early school-age (1st to 3rd grade) children and their families.
Participants will get access to the Active Breaks Plan - it will be a public playlist created in cooperation with Krokiet and Lama Academy, which will contain 5 ready-to-use short video materials for organizing brain breaks or short physical activity for morning warm-up, which can be used to introduce more physical activity in their classrooms, next to their students’ chairs and desks.
Content delivered online will provide equal access to all children from different locations.
